World Partners Adoption, Inc (WPA) is a non-profit international child placement agency licensed in the state of Georgia.

We specialize in international adoptions from Colombia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Ethiopia. Children waiting for immediate adoption are age 3 months to 10 years old.

The founders Cindy and Jim Harding were so touched by their own adoption that they were motivated to help other parents find the children they dreamed of. And, more importantly, they wanted to help the waiting children to find their forever families.
